Hi! I am Regina Smith, pursuing an MBA at Pace University's Lubin School of Business, focusing on strategy and international business, which developed during my undergraduate years of studying economics, business analysis, global markets, and economic development. I have worked at Dunkin as a team member for two years. During that time, I learned to communicate and deliver customer's needs, aid in dispute resolution, and multi-task through prioritization. I also got to work as a marketing Intern at Ripplematch, an entry-level product that automatically sources qualified, diverse talent for recruiters and curates those job-seekers to Ripplematch. During the internship, I was assigned data-driven quantitative goals, working on growth and marketing strategies from the ground up. This piqued my interest in working on short-period projects, which I hope to incorporate into my graduate studies. I recently completed the Google Project Management Career certificate - a rigorous, hands-on program that covers traditional and Agile project management approaches throughout the life cycle of a project. In the future, I want to combine the skills I have developed, namely customer service and time management, along with project management, working on strategies, research, and finding a role that allows me to devote my skills professionally as a quality manager, creative director of ideas, and mediator with solid planning, organizing, and balancing skills.
