My entire career has been focused on process improvement using the latest technology. I am always looking for new and more efficient ways to accomplish the job, saving my employer time and money. This has given me the opportunity to continue to learn new technology and apply it to processes, procedures and creative problem-solving.I have superior customer service skills and have maintained excellent relationships with both internal and external customers. I am highly motivated and responsible with experience in a variety of different industries including law, aerospace, software, travel, marine safety, stevedoring, and manufacturing. I have worked for companies headquartered in Japan and Norway and in a law department with offices in nine countries. I had daily contact with these offices and developed the skills required to work in an international atmosphere. I also lived in Ireland for fifteen months. I value cultural diversity. I am known for my can-do attitude, strong work ethics and superior customer service. When you want a project done correctly, on-time and with minimal supervision, I’m your go-to person.
