Provided health and safety monitoring and enforcement services for registered subsidized childcare providers across six regions of the state of Missouri. To receive subsidy for providing childcare services, providers must pass unannounced, on-site safety assessments. Also, investigating complaints for violations of health and safety requirements in registered subsidize childcare providers. Built in on-going critical quality assurance reviews into those services to ensure high-quality provision of those services and continuous quality improvement for the Childcare Development Block Grant.
