Team Lead Event Crew (Part Time Seasonal)• Assist with converting the arena from one function to another (i.e. basketball to concerts, theater, meetings, and other types of functions) by moving/lifting/carrying equipment & items throughout the arena• Follow directions of supervisors; set up and break down stages, seating, tables, ramps, etc. • Assist with fixing seats, grounds clean-up, snow removal, etc.• Perform light cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned. • Follow all safety precautions and emergency procedures established at the facility. Report safety and damage concerns to the manager• able to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision thus becoming team lead• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed• The ability to perform the physical requirements of the position; walk/stand extensively, kneel, climb to high walkways, balance, and maneuver to all areas of the facility; frequently move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; work inside and outside the building as required, may have some exposure to adverse conditions; must be able to hear and speak to use a two-way radio., and other duties as assigned.

Part Time Building Operations Technician• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, electrical and mechanical systems including maintenance and repair of pumps, heaters, piping, valves, motors and various mechanical equipment• Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures toilets, sinks, and plumbing lines using a variety of hand tools and special equipment• Perform skilled and semi-skilled duties, including, but not limited to painting, carpentry, plumbing, and welding involved in the alteration, maintenance and repair of building and equipment under trained supervision.• Perform routine and preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis including painting, floor or ceiling tile replacement, air filter replacement, caulking, lamp replacement; assist with the removal of snow and ice by vehicle and/or by hand• Ensure pre-event set-up and post-event tear down of event-related equipment including power cords, scoreboard computer systems, and court-side media communications equipment; perform pre-event inspection of areas to be used and correct deficiencies as needed; make emergency building repairs during events• Follow all policies/procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency procedures established at the facility; report irregularities, discrepancies, damage, loss of property and safety concerns promptly to supervision• Perform other related duties as assigned and custodial duties as required

Greets guests approaching stand• Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines• Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.• Records all waste• Participates in set-up of stand, arranges inventory, notifies Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages• Performs clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment and other duties assigned including cashier duties• Properly records all transactions via the point of sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed• Accounts for all transactions; maintains accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift

Home Electronics / Car Stereo Salesman Receive money for purchases and calculate customers change if any. Execute clerical functions in retail stores. Assist and support the retail manager in ensuring the smooth running of the store. Greet customers courteously and sell merchandise to them. Prepare, total, and verify billings and collect correct payments from customers. Verify and reconcile customers’ bills with the merchandise they bought. Maintain, manage, and organize merchandise on the shelves and racks in the store. Help customers find the item they desire to purchase on the shelves. Maintain and manage records of merchandise inventories in the store. Supervise retail clerical functions and activities in the store. Ensure excellent retail experiences to customers. Maintaining the outlook of the store. This implies cleaning, arranging, and when necessary stocking the shelves. Reports to the manager when difficulties arises.
