• Preparing and forwarding of offer letters, employment packages and background authorizations to new hire candidates.
• Reviews employment application packages and background authorizations for accuracy and completeness; obtaining missing documents and/or information.
• Submitting new hire candidates for review and approval.
• Auditing employee file to ensure all required documents are in virtual files.
• Performing the E-verify process for all new hires I-9's in accordance with the federally prescribed time period.
