• Work hand-in-hand with DM and Regional Ops in managing store sales & operational metrics • Perform necessary ADHoc audits and weekly discounting audits of locations to ensure code compliance, businesses case, etc. Review action plans and coach as needed. • Collaborate with other cross-functional depts/Perform Visits with - Compliance, B2B, AOC, Finance, Merchandising, QA, Data, Cust Service, Inventory, Flextronics, Exec Leadership etc• Analyze store/zone daily/weekly/monthly report cards-identify trends and weaknesses• Attend/Create/Facilitate Management and/or Staff Development Courses • Tracking of cash/OTA discrepancies for store on spreadsheet and send over recommendations for discipline as needed• Assist Regional Ops in performing Inventory Reviews, Site Summaries, Regional FARs, Quick Fixes, Observations in stores locations• Schedule/Facilitate Meetings - store, zone• Perform monthly physical inv counts; and sometimes assist target zone location with highest shrink %• Review and collaborate with Compliance on FAR audits, rebuttals, and follow-up action/disciplinary plans• Maintain My Biz access for store demo accounts• Maintain/Analyze Key holder files, processes, alarm lists etc• Liaison for ordering and managing BEST/Concession lines for staff• Facilitate/coordinate conf calls, webinars etc• Delegate for Regional Member of Net Ace testing enhancement team• Delegate for Regional Member of HQ/Area Compliance Conf Call • Manage/Review NPS surveys, Store Sales & Operational results• Perform investigative work as needed • Assist in Project Managing new store builds and openings• Assist in Project Managing Individual/Zone Projects• Member of HQ/Area Projects/Trials: POS Tablets, Smart Safe, New Inventory Scanner Trial, Set Up & Go/Self Check in Queue Trials, Online Web OTA Tool/app etc • Coach/develop/train employees• Drive customer enrollment of utilization of self-serve options • Perform other applicable job functions

• Evaluate and breakdown the customer packaging protocols. Establish and coordinate the packaging process. Establish and maintain an open line of communication with the customer throughout the packaging process.• Maintain inventory records, completing all internal and external customer distribution requests and fulfilling production requirements. Maintain customer receipts and supplies into an electronic inventory system and operated forklift.• Perform fundamental maintenance/repairs on special pharmaceutical packaging equipment. Assist in the setup of equipment for packaging purposes.
