I've been in the textile printing industry for decades and have extensive experience in screen printing on most industry equipment including M&R Challenger II and III OS, Gauntlets dating back to mid 80s. Cobra 16 color, Tas presses, TUF, Workhorse presses. Hix manual presses, Hopkins manual presses Chameleon 10 color presses Antec presses just to name a few. Screen making including stretch and glue, Newman retensionable screens Nortech retensionable screens.I've worked with most industry standard plastisol ink mixing systems including Wilflex, Union, QCM, WM Plastics Rutland to name a few. I narrowed screen reclaiming dow to a 2 step system that is fast and efficient with less personnel involved. Art separations on Adobe and Corel to a limited degree. Flatbed printing on M&R Saturn presses for posters as well as transfer neck labels. Equipment disassembly as well as installation to a limited degree. Factory relocation experience.
