Serve as a Battle Command Facilitator within the System of Systems (SoS) Lab providing training for Officers Signal Captain Career Course (SCCC), and Regimental Noncommissioned Officer Academy (RNCOA) both active and reserve component, with a focus on Battle Command/TOC Systems and associated data systems to include Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2); Maneuver Control System (MCS); Command Post of the Future (CPOF) and the Army Battle Command Systems(ABCS); provides demonstrations and practical exercises with the equipment, uses established visual aids, and applies laboratory exercises in accordance with established plan of instruction. Critiques completed assignments and briefings, discusses difficulties and problems encountered by students and gives individual assistance as necessary. Monitors technology advancements, new equipment introduced into the Army system, and upgrades and or improvements in the current communications equipment inventory and incorporate data into instruction. Presents instruction on Army Battle Command Systems, to include demonstrations and practical exercises with the equipment, uses established visual aids, and applies laboratory exercises in accordance with established plan of instruction. Provides subject matter expertise in the planning, developing, and preparation of instructional material as it relates to Battle Command. Makes recommendations and Proposals for major changes in specific area of instruction in subject matter area. Critiques completed assignments and briefings, discusses difficulties and problems encountered by students and gives individual assistance as necessary.
