Designed layouts for Wattstopper's lighting control products, in particular DLM and exterior wireless products. Developed scripts for use with start-up and troubleshooting of the exterior wireless system that ran on the 225 CWS network manager from Intellastar.Researched and developed procedures and use cases for the RACCESS system, which uses a 4G cellular router and modem connected to a site's Segment Manager, allowing a Wattstopper technician remote access to a customer site where network connectivity is either unavailable or network policies wouldn't allow outside vendors access.
