-To administer the manufacturing discipline in the Paint plant to ensure timing and quality performance.-Accountable to the production manager for effective operation of areas under my control.-Control pattern production by adhering to rules/systems.-Ensure that only trained operators are used for operators.-Ensuring that the operators are multi-skilled in areas of control.-Ensuring that labour is utilized efficiently to minimize downtime.-Ensuring that correct bins are available and used at all the times.-Managing time keeping and attendance of team members.-Ensuring shift hand-over takes place without stopping of robots.-Timeous arrival at work and knock off times.-Staggered tea and lunch breaks and operator relief.-Ensuring that all quality procedures are adhered to.-Scrap analysis (5% document).-Marked up samples are used for quality checks.-Monitoring and adhering to the quality system.-Ensuring jigs are available for cleaning.-Ensuring robots are available for maintenace.-Check the delinquent board and act accordingly.-Ensuring housekeeping, environmental and safety is maintained.-Maintain 5S workstations, robots, factory floor and all parts of the factory must be tidy and clean at all times.-Ensuring compliance to safety standard and team PPE.-Knowledge of the start-up and shut-down process of Paint plant and Assembly.-Have a good understanding of materials knowledge of processing parameters and settings.-Know how to resolve any quality related part problems which vary from boundary sample.-Attend to and resolve any non-conformancerelated to quality.-Ensuring that the target productivity level is achieved on daily basis.-Lialisianag and communicating with other departments, customers, suppliers and other service providers.-Manage the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst mentoring and leading the team.-Building up 2-3days stock for the respective clients.

- Oversee and managed the accuracy of material and labor issued per job on SYSPRO, while closing jobs on SYSPRO after the execution of necessary investigations.- Maintained the accuracy of receiving all the finished goods accordingly and transferring to the warehouse.- Provide feedback of monthly variance jobs Month end (WIP/Inventory account), while counting weekly production cycle for determining production performance.
