IPT also has access to calendar and scheduling and any WG documentation were stored on website as well.• Develop project plans and goals outlining roles, responsibilities, tasks, milestones and metrics to achieve the outcomes of the program designed to certify and professionalize the Army security workforce in Personnel, Industrial, Information and Physical Security. This included participation with IPT to develop Concept of Operations Plans.• Headed a subject matter expert working group to rewrite the Army Occupational Guide (AOG). Conducted quarterly reviews of Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, & Technology) personnel files for proper classification and assisted in reducing classified duplicate holdings. Quarterly reviews reduced the original holdings by 30 percent.Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the removal of classified distribution from the Pentagon to the National Security Agency (NSA). This SOP also provided procedures for the destruction of classified material as well. These procedures are still in effect today.
