Train The Brain, LLC (TTB) provides psychoeducation for Mental Health Awareness, Suicide Prevention and Grief. Psychoeducation is provided through group presentations to senior Leaders, employees and in the community through Churches, penal institutions and other various community entities. Attendees will learn the definition of Mental Health and the Stigma of Mental Health. When it comes to Suicide Prevention attendees will learn the signs of suicide and how to talk to someone who is contemplating suicide. In our Grief groups attendees will learn to understand what grief is, the stages of grief, and types of grief. The goal of TTB is to provide this psychoeducation to the workplace and in our communities. Often leaders, employees, community leaders are bogged down with everyday functions and don’t have the time or expertise to deal with these mental health issues. TTB has licensed professionals to help assist leaders, employees and the community to help individuals to get the mental health care awareness they need to continue to do their work at a level that breathes success in their environment.

Mr. Lockhart’s contract with General Dynamics was bought out by SAIC Corporation.▪ Support security preparation and execution of the Air Force Requirements Oversight Council (AFROC) to include security liaison with the Joint Staff, AF Major Commands (MAJCOMS), and assistant Secretaries of the AF Acquisition, AF SSO, AF SAPCO and HAF/A5R functional offices. Development AF/A5R debriefing in accordance with Presidential Executive Order, DoD, and AF Security Program regulations. ▪ Oversee and conduct investigations of security violations or incidents, interface and coordinate with Air Force, Joint Staff, OSD and other service security personnel. Contract support for Headquarters Department of the Army G-2 by managing the Army Certification Programs. Developed presentations and briefings for the Security, Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) Program for all Army employees (military, civilian, and contractor).• Provided G-2 administrative support for the development of a security training briefs that include annual Security Refresher (CBT), Initial Security Orientation (CBT), annual Awareness – Managing Personnel with Clearances (CBT), and SCI Familiarization. These briefings support Army NCO and Officer Corps, which aligns with the Army’s Security Resiliency initiative by serving as key training material and enabling the detection and mitigation of insider threat. These products are now available on the Army Learning Management System.• Created website for the Army G-2 Chartered, Integrated Project Team (IPT) consisting of Army Staff (G-1, G-3/5/7 etc.,) to communicate through chat and email. IPT also has access to calendar and scheduling and any WG documentation were stored on website as well.• Develop project plans and goals outlining roles, responsibilities, tasks, milestones and metrics to achieve the outcomes of the program designed to certify and professionalize the Army security workforce in Personnel, Industrial, Information and Physical Security. This included participation with IPT to develop Concept of Operations Plans.• Headed a subject matter expert working group to rewrite the Army Occupational Guide (AOG). The rewriting of the AOG was in direct support to the Implementation of Information, Industrial, Personnel and Physical DoD security certification programs into the Army.• Research and briefed Intelligence methods to DISL G-2. The research assisted in mapping and strategy for the way ahead for positions in security and intelligence that are 50 percent or more security related.

Indoctrinated and debriefed DoD employees and civilian contractors with classified access for which the Special Access Security Manager, was responsible.As Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) under Joint Air Force, Army Navy (JAFAN) conducted tier reviews of Special Access Program (SAP), and reviewed candidate SF86 information prior to the candidate accessing to the SAP.Provide classification review of security classification guides, conducted inspections to ensure proper procedures for safeguarding classified information.Provide recommendations and “lessons learned” information to programs regarding Department of the Army Inspection General Inspection preparation.Combination Control Officer operating the changing and management of combinations for all safes and ensures repair on any dysfunctional safe.Prepared security briefings for security professionals assign to their initial SAP position. Other briefings included periodic refresher briefings, special briefings, and debriefings. Conducted quarterly reviews of Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, & Technology) personnel files for proper classification and assisted in reducing classified duplicate holdings. Quarterly reviews reduced the original holdings by 30 percent.Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the removal of classified distribution from the Pentagon to the National Security Agency (NSA). This SOP also provided procedures for the destruction of classified material as well. These procedures are still in effect today. Performed special security officer functions; monitored and evaluated SCI billets for Secretary of the Army, Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology-Systems Special Programs (SAAL-SSP) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and revalidated all SAAL-SSP SCI billets annually.

Contract support for Army Records Management & Declassification Agency to declassify, exempt, exclude, or refer documentation, materials of agencies such as NARA, CIA, FBI, JS etc. Reviewed and recommended declassification of classified documents by means of markings and content under the provisions of Executive Order (EO) 12958, Kyle/Lot Amendments, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Army Classification Guide, Senior Declassification Notes, DoD 5200-1R “Information Security Program Classified National Security Information,” and EO 13110 “Nazi War Crimes.” Conducted page by page analysis of Army historical documents 25 years or older, render declassification recommendations based on extensive reading and detailed analysis of various classified media. Conducted 100% inventory of carton and folder content proposed for declassification to maintain physical and intellectual safeguards for all unclassified and classified material.
