I was a supervisor of staff in the largest art museum in Charlottesville. I was responsible for the security of art work in the museum's possession. I am responsible for developing training programs in safety and security for the museum staff. I continuously monitored physical security of the facility through closed circuit television and various alarm systems.

Supervisor of training and assignment of newly arriving officers from over thirty countries for the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti, MINUSTAH. I was deployed in support of international post-conflict stabilization and redevelopment operations. My presence was to promote peace and stabilty in an area recovering from conflict, and to reform indigenous police force into a modern, democratically oriented law enforcement service. I assisted in ensuring that peace and stabilty can be sustained after international peacekeepers depart the mission.
