• Monitoring of manufacturing evolution and development of Electrical and Instrumentation inspection activities requiring Classified Area Certification (Explosive Atmospheres)• Explosive Atmospheres Inspector – EX, performing the following tasks, receiving electrical, instrumentation and telecom materials.• Assembly inspection of Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom equipment, installed in areas considered to be explosive atmospheres - EX.• Monitoring the equipment manufacturing process, developing activities related to quality, welding (visual inspection of the weld, dimensional inspection of the weld), non-destructive tests (penetrating liquid), during the processes;• Carrying out inspections such as hydrostatic tests on pressurized equipment and components, functional and performance tests of engines, pumps and valves, static and dynamic balancing on rotors and drive machines;• Execution of mechanical dimensional inspection on parts, components and equipment.• Execution of geometric control and 3D measurements (GD&T) through FAROARM measuring equipment.• Hydraulic control of parts and components;• Carrying out visual and dimensional inspection of incoming materials;• Carrying out dimensional inspection of boilers (Spool's, Structures, Tanks);• Execution of visual and dimensional inspection on suppliers;• Verification of material certificates according to standards, specifications and instructions;• Quality data collection for Data Books

- Coordination of employees in machining and boilerwork (light and heavy), welding, assembly, sandblasting and painting;- Interaction with industrial engineering, methods and processes, production and industrial and building maintenance;- Budgeting, reporting, KPI's, as well as planning and managing the production team.

• Responsible for 25 employees from the following teams: machining, boilermaking, assembly, painting, testing and PCP, manufacture of centrifugal pumps and gear pumps;• Coordination of the factory maintenance and building maintenance team;• Monitoring of programmed assemblies helping leaders during executions;• Support to the technical assistance and customer service team;• Responsible for technical documentation (work instructions, reports, spreadsheets with data production and operating procedures manuals);• Monitoring of production, absenteeism, quality and safety indicators;• Responsible for the reallocation and allocation of time in the production area;• Exceptional optimization and machining time savings of approximately 30% through the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques;• Responsible for minimizing material handling time through machine layout and development of time studies and rational work allocation.

• Inspection of installation and assembly of Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom equipment, installed in areas considered to be explosive atmospheres - Ex. • Inspection and Testing of Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment as required by the Customer that require Classified Area Certification (Explosive Atmospheres). • Work focused on problem solving with a focus on improving manufacturing and inspection, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.

- Direct supervision of the Pump Assembly, Jet, Painting, Welding, Hydrostatic Testing and Machining teams;- Implementation of continuous improvement projects (Manufacturing Process) as Project Leader;- Monitoring of process indicators: Global, Technical and Industrial Efficiency (Productivity and OEE) and costs;- Cost management such as outsourced personnel, supplies and production tools;- Administrative routines such as people management, vacations, overtime, absenteeism, turnover and conflict resolution.

• Coordination of quality projects, following the equipment manufacturing process, developing activities related to quality and non-destructive testing. (Liquid Penetrant, X-Ray, Leakage Test, Hydrostatic Test, UT (Ultrasonic Test) and Hardness Tests during the manufacturing processes;• Participation in the implementation of Kanban in the raw material receiving area to speed up inspections;• Customer service, maintaining contact with inspectors and certifiers, as well as other areas to meet the requirements of quality projects;• Inspection of service and product quality, coordinating and guiding work teams to monitor goals and achieve results;• Collect quality data for data books, quality plans and other procedures;• Visual and dimensional inspection of incoming materials, checking material certificate standards, performing thickness inspections using a D-Meter instrument.

- Team leadership, assigning activities according to production schedule;- Coordination and guidance of welding professionals, pipe assembly and hydrostatic tests;- Responsible for administrative routines such as relocation of people and activities, vacations, overtime, etc;- Employee and candidate performance evaluations in selection processes.

- Optimization of production processes, studies to improve execution time, and rational balance;- Application of Lean Manufacturing and TPM techniques, reducing costs and increasing efficiency and productivity;- Work methods, changing equipment layouts and sizing the workforce, materials and supplies;- Internal audit in the analysis of processes and compliance with 5S, Housekeeping, ISO 9001, ISO 14000 standards.

• Preparation and review of customer technical documentation, analysis and validation of supplier documents and operational procedures for manufacturing areas (Work Instructions); • Participation in design and calculation of devices for manufacturing and testing (Calculations of torque, potential, efforts and loads on foundations, using AutoCAD and AutoDESK Inventor 3D software.
