CurrentManage and Oversee Training, Customer Support and Customer Success for Bellwether Software’s BPM product.Software Implementation and Training - Conduct Business assessment for new clients and advise client on how to best utilize the software for their needs. Advise on database setup, importing data, and software interfaces. Conduct training on all modules that the client plans to use.Customer Support - Ensure all support cases are handled effectively and in a timely mannerCustomer Success - Ensure all client accounts are reviewed and outreach is done quarterly at a minimum.Document Control - Ensure all processes and procedures for client implementation, training, customer support and customer success are documented and published.
