The main aim of the project is to enhance the learning experience of technicians from the Preventive Cabin Maintenance (PCM) department in Singapore Jamco Services. It is also to ensure technicians work along a standard procedure. Both are achieved by improving the training materials and methods. The project consists of two stages. The first stage is to develop comprehensive training materials for trainers use in training sessions which are in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and videos. The second stage is to work on developing an online platform where training materials and checklists can be digitalise for technicians use.
