I am a Partner with B2B CFO primarily focused on providing strategic business advisory services to privately-held companies. B2B CFO Partners utilize proprietary tools as a means to help clients identify opportunities for improvement and thereafter assist clients develop solutions to address their needs. We also help business owners develop transition plans/exit strategies whether internal (e.g. family or partner transfer) or external (e.g. sale). Among our goals is improving the business owner's lives by understanding their goals and removing barriers that get in their way.I bring 30+ years of diverse accounting, finance, and change management experience to clients. I began my career in the Washington DC office of Arthur Andersen & Co. and thereafter, served as Chief Financial Officer for regional healthcare organizations and for a medical device startup. I also have 20+ years of consulting experience with Big Four and other reputable consulting firms providing a variety of accounting and business advisory services to clients domestically and internationally. My experience includes facilitating successful turnarounds of multiple distressed companies utilizing a combination of revenue enhancement and cost containment strategies.
