Mr. Jonathan Williams is a Co-Founder and President of Regulated Capital Consultants, LLC (RCC). Mr. Williams’ areas of expertise include: Plant and Tax Systems Accounting, focusing on the financial statement and regulatory interplay of FAS 980 and FAS 740. Mr. Williams enjoys consulting directly with Utility Industry Clients, helping them understand complex topics like IRS normalization requirements and the impact on plant related tax expense and the consequential impact on revenue and net income which affects various state PUC and FERC filings. RCC employs a Team of uniquely qualified, highly skilled, respected and trusted Consultants that share Mr. Williams’ desire to put Client solutions first. In this role, Mr. Williams works with senior company leadership to set the strategic vision for the design, development, and implementation of next generation software that transforms financial operations for enterprises through automating and centralizing critical financial controls, leading to process synergy, greater financial accuracy and more efficient use of resources.Prior to RCC and ASI, Mr. Williams had experience at electric, gas, water, telecom, railroad and oil and gas companies with PowerPlan Consultants. He has over 20 years of experience in Utility Industry tax accounting, including implementation of client-server applications, system upgrades, project management of systems and process flow implementations, and system analysis and design of applications. Mr. Williams is also a Deloitte & Touche Alumni where he was primarily focused on Foreign National/Expat and multi-state S-Corporation and C-Corporation taxation.
