With over six years of experience as a curriculum developer and instructor, I am passionate about creating learner-centered programs that lead to performance improvement and documented business results. I have a Master’s in Business Administration and a Certificate in Applied Educational Leadership and Management, which equip me with the skills and knowledge to design, deliver, and evaluate effective learning solutions. Moreover, my recent completion of the Designing Instruction Program through Friesen, Kaye and Associates has equipped me with the latest methodologies and best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles. Currently, I work as a curriculum developer and instructor at iSisters Technology Mentoring, a non-profit organization that empowers women through technology education and mentoring. I conduct needs assessments, consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and develop an entrepreneurship curriculum that supports the target learners and the organizational goals. I also provide in-class and virtual instruction, and actively seek to create partnerships that help learners build networks and access opportunities. I am inspired by the mission of iSisters and the impact of their programs on the lives of women in technology.
