With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, I have developed a strong foundation in business management, accounting, marketing, and finance. I have also acquired multiple skills in HR, such as HR analytics, HR software, HR strategy, and HR communication. I have over seven years of experience in HR, leading and supporting HR and payroll operations in various industries, such as retail, manufacturing, and fashion. Currently, I am an HR Manager at V2 Retail Ltd, where I oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and training. I also work as a Payroll Specialist at Aquatica and V2 Smart Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd, where I manage payroll processes, systems, and compliance for multiple clients. I have successfully implemented HR policies and procedures, handled employee grievances, and conducted HR audits. I have also contributed to organizational development by introducing innovative HR initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, wellness campaigns, and talent development plans. I have increased employee retention, satisfaction, and productivity by creating a positive and productive work environment. I am passionate about HR and its role in enabling business success and employee well-being. I value teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning.
