Having worked my way up in the food industry over 15years, I have gained experience in many food manufacturing functions. This has enabled me to get a very good understanding of the challenges faced at each level.My technical role has focussed my attention to detail giving me a new insight into the safety and quality of the production of food. I have become passionate about quality and worked to BRC standards. Having worked in NPD for over 10 years I have learnt how to mix creativity with order and process. In bakery I have lauched products for Sainsbury's, Tesco and Co-op as well as food service companies such as Costa, Brakes and Bidfood. More recently in snacks i have worked with ASDA and Aldi and developed ranges alongside Kraft and Nomad Foods.This work has focussed my mind on working to tight deadlines adapting my skills to suit the customer's needs. My experience is ever growing.
