Primary duties include: Manage closed-captioning for all Entertainment Networks (and parter w/ International)--Review File-based media, including the saving & linking of cc file components to the Inventory Management System for Turner Entertainment Networks and following up with the Network Supervisors, related partners, clients, etc...--Responsible for the reception, storage, delivery and retrieval of DVS DAT tapes to/from the Program Edit Director for the reformatting/adding of DVS to specials, programs and/or Feature Films.--Handling/processing of client service requests for (TEN, WPCH, TBS, TNT, TCM, Cartoon/Boomerang Networks) for Turner Entertainment Networks. --Provided team coverage (Network and Sports Client Service Representatives).--Capture and report daily, weekly & monthly metrics.--Research and complete various reports regularly (including, but not limited to: Cartoon Network Staffless Circulation report, Overdue Client Media reports and other Title reports).

Technical Director for Master Control SD/HD functions for live and automation driven Broadcast Operations for multiple feeds, affecting over 1,000 associates annually. Major functions included digital ingest/caching, production, training and development, succession planning, coaching and counseling, and employee relations. Selected by senior management for live production duties during buildout of new HD control room for 2008 HD migration project.

--TBS Master Control Supervisor/Shift Leader for TBS, WTBS (later known as WPCH). Shift Leader / Supervisor the morning of 9/11 (Technical Director) TBS, WTBS, HLN (CNN)--Live Events specialist (Braves Baseball, NBA Basketball, WCW and special programming).--Provided coverage for Turner South Broadcast Operations, as needed.--Responsible for daily Broadcast Operations crew, file ingest for short/long form programming, daily logs and shift reports. --Assisted in TBS' successful launch from tape-based system to file-based automation.--Trained 40+ vacation relief pool and 60+ migration relief personnel on various shifts, prior to TBS Master Control move to 1060 building.

Previously worked with WLTX from November,1991 to May, 1995 (Lewis Broadcasting Company) in Master Control and assisted News, Studio and Commerical Production. Additionally, served as an Area Marketing Representative for Chick-Fil-A (May, 1995 -1996), Self Employed Insurance and Music Sales (1996-1997). Returned to WLTX under new ownership (Gannett) in 1997-1999.
