My entrepreneurial journey began in 1992 with a $400 investment in fireworks and a stand at a gas station—what could go wrong, right? Since then, selling and building businesses has been in my DNA.I thrive on creating, investing, selling, and marketing. I love connecting with customers, solving puzzles, and helping others succeed. This passion has shaped my career and led me to where I am today.In my 20s, I worked in a refurbished data center hardware resale business, which evolved into an IBM business partner. There, I honed my skills in winning and servicing enterprise clients, selling hardware, software, and services to banks, manufacturers, and financial institutions.At 30 I got the itch to start my own thing and I took the leap and founded Reliant Technology, a business I ran for 15 years before selling it to Park Place in 2022. That experience taught me the importance of combining great people with solid processes.After a break, I returned with a new venture: Owlytica—a software tool I originally developed to grow Reliant Technology. The market had changed, but the core challenge remained: helping Partners, VARs, and MSPs scale their businesses with software designed for them. Today, I’m focused on building a company that empowers Partners to better serve their clients, while also increasing their value, margins, and enjoyment in business. Many clients struggle to understand what they have and when it renews. By solving this challenge, Partners can forge long-lasting relationships with their customers.At Owlytica, we've developed software that tracks IT assets, cleans them up, and manages them throughout their lifecycle—from quote to renewal to refresh. Our goal is to not only streamline renewals but also forecast refresh opportunities, helping our clients clean up renewals and build more resilient, profitable businesses that add significant value to their customers.We’re just getting started, and I’m excited to support these hardworking professionals on their journey to success.
