Performed Call Plan Analysis, SAS Programming, Clustering, Non-linear modelingProvide Call Planning Services to McNeil Specialty Pharmaceuticals, a Johnson & Johnson company. Managed project; performed/presented analysis to client through the strategy and call allocation processes. Used Call Planning System to allocate, monitor brand conflict and implement.

• Supported sales efforts by presenting the advanced analytical capabilities to prospective clients.
• Researched and wrote proposals detailing the project goals, time line, cost and deliverables.

• Completed steps for a Promotion Evaluation Study; this included client interface, pricing, proposal/report writing, data reformatting, data extraction, statistical analysis and a Return on Investment analysis.
• SAS Programming and statistical support of various marketing research projects that require extraction, summarization, merging of data and statistical analysis.
• Some studies required use of Lifetable analysis (with censored data), linear regression, and regression (mainframe environment).
• Utilized proprietary forecasting software to establish baseline forecasts using curve-fitting techniques.
• Conducted research of possible influencing events; adjusted original forecast when appropriate.

• Implemented changes for coverage premium rates; delivered reporting to the Department of Insurance and other statistical agencies; reengineered statistical reporting process.
