Coming from a traditional film research and a video production background for TVC's, I’ve mastered the art of working on tight deadlines, multi -tasking and team spirit. My experience lead me to the commercials world, where I learnt to read creative briefs and shoot campaigns successfully in a financial, creative and logistical capacity. Traditional film taught me the importance of collaboration and teamwork within the working environment and executing a fluid approach of communication over email and in person with teams, stakeholders and clients. My e-learning management and scriptwriting work in the past, has introduced me to a number of clients from various sectors. This has kept my copywriting vocabulary fresh and up to date for current market needs.I like to combine logic and creative, the hybrid of these two make way for great opportunities when marshalling between departments on all projects. Processes are my passion and my most proficient skillset.I followed a new technical pathway to an animation agency in 2020, where my client liaising skills strengthened. Paired with technical knowledge, post production skills and creative expertise when working with creative teams on a daily basis; I nurture well maintained relationships with clients, guiding them through the production pathway of delivering the product on schedule, tracking tasks and milestones. My leadership skills flourished during my tenure in post production, where I managed team members, planned the projects for the teams and monitored and reported to our stakeholders regarding progress.My main task whilst working in animation was to review all work, cost controlling the project and to outsource and communicate resources to the head of production. Paired with developing detailed project schedules and plans for client and for internal use, I also managed our daily status meetings with the team members on each project and managed the digital documentation and filing thereof per project. Another task and skillset I take on with pride at many companies I've worked for is social media and website maintenance on Wordpress and HTML platforms and managing the content for these. I am a wiz in content management of all kinds! I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premier and Photoshop), Keynote and Powerpoint, Asana Scheduling and Gantt, Harvest as well as Slack/ Discord communication platforms. I like to work fast and take immense pride in all the work I do.Looking forward in creating some projects with you!
