Completed thorough assessments of the regulatory, economic, technological, competitive and consumer environments of the markets of India, China, Japan, Australia and Taiwan, and developed five-year outbound travel forecasts. Was subsequently retained to conduct a more thorough study of the Indian leisure market, and make recommendations pertaining to Disney's marketing strategy in India.

Conducted a feasibility study for the launch of a new low-cost regional airline in Singapore. The study assessed the competitive and regulatory environments, current and future traffic demand, unit revenues and costs, and primary distribution channel efficiencies. The project was done for Region Air on behalf of one of the world's largest airlines.

Under the auspices of IATA, conducted a marketing strategy seminar for Garuda's top management, with special emphasis on loyalty programs, market research, and electronic commerce and channel management.

Responsible for all personnel and operations in Greater China Region for NWA (now Delta):Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and China: 600 employees and $300 million in revenues

Responsibilities: Managed projects on process reengineering, revenue management and channel mix projects for three large airlines in Asia.

Responsibilities: Managed the sales and market development of the district of South East and South Asia with annual turnover of USD $ 5million.

Responsibilities: After completing SIA's management training program, was promoted to manage the airline call center, CRS automation and rate desk that employed 50 staff.
