Rebeca has an extensive professional career, working for IT Companies for over 15 years, mainly focused on software, data analyst and project management areas. Her knowledge has been built around specific processes that involved process improvement, being part of testing projects taking care of full cycles and deliver training to people around the world, besides having positions where metrics were required to be created such as new tools to monitor metrics to meet KPIs, the multicultural exposure granted her the amazing experience to work with diverse mindset perspectives, understanding how to become a key player on any team.The desire to keep growing in skills allowed her to get involved in Education (kindergarten), communications, marketing , product management, business and recently in Cloud Computing. Having a multidisciplinary professional background encouraged to follow her dream to start a journey in the Space Industry Sector, after joining some congresses (SGA & IAC), volunteering, helping on creating opportunities for new generations and presenting research papers, a new Non-Profit ONG in Costa Rica was born called: Orion Outreach, and she is the General Director (Co-Founder) with two more incredible people that aim to foster innovation through sustainable space education, to inspire curiosity and empower communities for the emerging generation.She believes that when you combine passion with consistency, it sets you on a path to success where anything is possible.
