Responsible for performing a final review ("Final Eye") of a translation project before it is delivered to the client.Ensure:- that quality standards have been met- that client's instructions have been followed- that it is consistent with reference material- that it is error-free

- Managing the entire life-cycle of translation assignments, delegating jobs to translators, proofreaders and QA specialists- Distributing the workload, monitoring the progress of all phrases of translation projects- Coordinating multilingual translation projects (24 official languages of the European Union, plus many other European and non-European languages) with the main topics of chemistry, EU and international affairs, law, human rights and finance- Providing multilingual interpretation service for international organizations and companies in Europe (e.g. European Parliament) - Daily contact with clients via e-mail and phone, preparing and following up quotes- Preparing documents for translation with the help of CAT tools, daily use of MemoQ- Quality check of translations, organizing background materials, glossaries, TMs - Administrative tasks in connection with the projects
