Her professional experience spans a successful career in cross-functional operations, P&L oversight, sales, business development, strategic marketing and distribution in well-established organizations and start-ups alike. She has held senior and country leadership roles at leading global companies such as Harvard Business School Publishing, SAP, PeopleSoft, Digital Equipment Corporation, Wyse Technology and Korn Ferry International.Rekha is an alumna of Harvard Business School and Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore and holds a BTech in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bangalore University.
