Job Responsibilities:• Sourcing and screening candidates from various recruiting sources Self-created databank, Job Portals, Employee Referrals, vendors and through own network of contacts.• Cold Calling/Line up the Candidates for interview and doing initial screening of the candidates.• Study and understanding the candidates profile and match selected candidate to the requirements of the clients. • Building a network from existing candidates, head hunting for new candidates as well as keeping qualitative database.• Follow up with the candidates for offer acceptance & other negotiation.• Maintaining the database of the company. • Responsible for recruiting & hiring new staff and getting new clients.• Regular follow ups with the Offered candidates (for Acceptance, Date of Joining, rejection of offers and reasons for rejection.• Handled and guided junior recruiters & provided head hunting Training.• Responsible for Internal Hiring like Recruiters/ Staff Hiring.• Client handling maintaining the relationship between the New/Existing clients/ Business Development.
