I'm an organizational behavior consultant and learning specialist.For the last 25 years i have accumulated great expertise, both knowledge and experience, in areas of training and learning, and also organizational behavior fields.The first decade of my career was dedicated to training development for various  industries (focused in the finance, retail and services sectors), where I've led both macro and micro projects such as Needs analysis, Tailor made solutions, Program curriculum design, E-learning, and created various learning aids.Later on I've also delivered numerous soft skills activities and facilitated workshops, mostly in the field of Sales & Service, while leading teams and projects to outstanding conclusions.In more recent years working with managers and within large scale organizational processes have become my passion.Till late 2019 I lead the Learning & OD department at ZIM Integrated Shipping Solutions for 5 years.My most favorite projects are those that allow me to integrate all my skills and expertise - consulting organizations from the early stage of needs analysis, through building training solutions, providing management with tools and skills to lead implementation processes, and building success evaluation programs.I graduated MBA, “Cum Laude”, from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.Specialties: Managerial skills, Virtual learning, Digital learning, OJT and training design, Systems implementing, Performance Evaluation processes
