● Identify strategies for the creation, delivery and maintenance of content to make it useful, usable and effective● Understanding of how users interact with online content to design interfaces for needs and to create digital experiences that people will want to visit again● Maintain up to date cutting edge knowledge resources on all new and developing social media trends● Ensure that all conversations are logged and monitored● Build strategies and proposals for implementing effective social media campaigns across a wide array of top tier clients from consumer electronics, retail and financial sector● Full knowledge of online channels, tracking its development● Developing the usage of online channels● Making the brand communication on the different online channels (e.g. managing a brand fan page of Facebook, and being active daily on different blogs and forums related to brands)● Liaise with marketing teams and their creative account teams● Abide by clients’ instructions and rules of managing the online brand presence
