Over the last 6 years, I worked as an SDR, BDR, Account Executive and sometimes all three of them at the same time.Wouldn’t advise the latter.In 2016, I got fired from my first sales job.Never hit a quota. I had no clue how to sell. I didn't know what I was good at or if I was ever going to make a decent living.While my high school friends were going places, I was hopping from job to job.A few years later, I gave up the first job I was ever good at to pursue a career at a thriving SaaS startup.I was amazed by the intersection of the team, product, company culture and growth mindset.Started calling on my 4th day on the job and booked my first qualified meeting.I never looked back.
