In my role as senior office manager, I managed the Academic Success Center at the Dade City Campus. Duties included customer service, database management, hiring, scheduling and payroll for 8 tutors, test proctoring, creation of reports and flyers, special event coordination and handling confidential materials while adhering to proper federal regulations. I also acted as personal assistant to my direct supervisor - maintaining her calendar, scheduling meetings, sitting in on meetings in her absence, and the creation and dissemination of letters and emails on her behalf. Additionally, I handled purchasing card reconciliation and made travel arrangements.

As campus manger of the South Orlando Campus of Webster University, my duties included facilities management, vendor relations, customer service, scheduling, making travel arrangements, facilitate orientations and special events provide support to over 100 adjunct faculty members and over 50 members of regional administration, marketing, database management and management of an operational budget of over $75,000.
