I work closely with each team of SMEs to ensure they understand the requirements for the Job Task Analysis, Item-Writing, Technical Review, and Angoff Review stages of each workshop.I also act as a focal point for any issues that might run across more than one business unit. As the sole exam developer for this brand, I develop 15 - 20 exams per year. Because of these high numbers, I am constantly looking for ways to enhance and refine the processes used while still maintaining IBM's high quality standards. Show less
