• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and clients and ensure any questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner• Process patient intake and managed third-party reimbursements, navigating complex regulations and providing accurate billing documentation• Compile highly detailed patient charts by gathering and entering all relevant personal and clinical information, verifying the accuracy of required documentation (insurance documents, prescriptions etc.), as well as oxygen stats where needed• Manage pre-asset recovery process, investigate and determine next steps to maximize asset returns while also pinpointing why certain deliveries led to no pickups• Gather and organize patient information, process paperwork and prepare files for billing department using Brightree• Conduct a thorough review of daily delivery tickets and paperwork to confirm accuracy, ensuring prompt arrival and quality assurance of equipment• Assist customers in fulfilling retail and walk-in equipment needs, ensuring consistent satisfaction with customer service• Confirm healthcare insurance eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid, and private carriers; verifying coverage policies• Answer a high volume of phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
