Over the last 5 years I have worked in the shipping industry in both New Zealand and The Netherlands. My roles varied from customer service, data reporting/sales support and as part of a specialized project team, which included finance AR/AP monitoring and problem solving. Coming from a customer service background I understand the importance of clear communication within a team and with customers. I have a friendly personality and enjoy collaborating with colleagues on projects to produce the best result. I have experience managing small teams including recruitment, training and mentoring.
