As the head of the Fabrication Management at United Steel, I lead a team of 40 employees, guiding them through complex structural steel and miscellaneous metal projects. My responsibilities include overseeing fabrication according to detailer-provided drawings and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to job sites, with an emphasis on quality assurance.I manage the procurement of structural steel materials in a cost-effective and timely manner, while building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to secure a reliable supply chain. I also develop production schedules to meet project deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow.Following our move to a 45,000 sqft fabrication shop, our responsibilities have expanded significantly. I handled the hiring process, bringing in team members who excel under pressure. Starting as an assistant at United Steel, I had the opportunity to work in every stage of the production process. Over a 10-month period, I conducted comprehensive analyses, ranging from cutting to painting, as well as from pre-production preparation to the actual production stages. Thanks to my engineering background, the analyses I performed to improve efficiency in production led to my promotion as the Production Operations Manager.

During my internship at Hamdi Kucuk Steel Machinery Incorporated Company, I participated in two projects. One of them was in Human Resources Department: I made workforce performance and remuneration system project. Other one was Sales and Marketing Department: I joined the team of a mobile application Project that reorganized the sales organization.

In 2015, as part of the Industry and Science Club, I represented Kayseri at the National Youth Parliament, Turkey’s largest social network for youth, managed by the Habitat Association. During my tenure, I served as an ambassador for Kayseri on the Young Friendly Cities Index Project, which spanned 18 provinces and took two years to complete.In 2017, I was appointed as an Executive Board Member for the Central Anatolia Region of the National Youth Parliament. I also served as the founding coordinator for the "Sapling Project on November 10," aimed at raising nationwide awareness of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of Turkey.

At Eria Teknoloji, during the early establishment of the Sales Department, I was responsible for identifying sales and strategic partners for two key platforms: "Eczatrend," a purchasing platform for pharmacies, and "Menuria," a restaurant automation application. I managed Eczatrend's sales operations in the Aegean, Marmara, and Central Anatolia regions and facilitated a strategic partnership with Samsung for the Menuria application.

At Atlas Private Educational Services, I organized social media campaigns, conferences, panels, and sponsorship agreements with student clubs to promote foreign education. These initiatives significantly expanded our customer network.

While serving as an editor at Vizyon Magazine, I was also a member of the Industry and Science Club's board, eventually becoming the chairman in 2014, a role I held until 2016. Our primary goal was to establish a sustainable system within the student club.In my first year, we set up six departments with defined operational principles. These efforts led to a significant increase in volunteer participation, growing from 56 to 112 members in just four months, making us the largest non-governmental organization at our university. Over three years, the club organized more than 15 conferences, 10 social responsibility projects, and 20 technical trips.Notably, the "Bir Elin Nesi Var İki Elin Neşesi Var" project received the Rector's Special Award, and annual events such as the Project and Technology (ProjeT) conferences and Business Interview Simulation Project continue to be organized. The Industry and Science Club remains dedicated to the sustainable system we established in 2015.

I started to be volunteer in Vizyon Magazine which was published by Industry and Science Club of Erciyes University in 2012. I had the chance to do interview Turkey's leading businessmen and journalists about 7 diffrent subjects.I became the editor of Vizyon Magazine in 2013. We published the most comprehensive number of Vizyon Magazine with 26 different subjects with a team of 15 people.

I worked in service industry for a total of 1 year in Virginia Beach with Work and Travel Program in summer of 2013, 2014 and 2015.This experience provided me to learn stress management, supply chain management and material planning. I started to work in a restaurant in summer of 2013. I was assistant manager in the same restaurant in summer of 2014. In my last summer,I had experience of being restaurant manager in summer of 2015.

I actively engaged in analyzing various work processes to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for enhancing productivity. I closely monitored operations to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization."
