As a Logistics Officer, Renarldo is responsible for the logistics operation management of personnel and equipment. He is faced with the challenge of applying accurate support for various needs in continuously developing environments. As team lead, Renarldo uses a blended approach of innovation and structure to successfully manage multiple subordinate teams such as embarkation, transportation, and ammunition. Renarldo uses a focus on process improvement to complete daily goals.

Renarldo is conducting military maintenance management that requires knowledge of Oracle based systems. He uses maintenance data analysis to implement plans and strategy for property and asset management. Renarldo maintains a third party management relationship of commodities within the maintenance cycle while successfully supervising procurement and forecasting for equipment and parts.

As a Transportation Officer Renarldo is responsible for managing 86 pieces of mobile equipment. He also develops personnel to make internal leadership decisions to stream line the distribution of troop and equipment shipments. Renarldo also stresses safety to adhere to OSHA and Marine Corps standards in regards to all transportation and warehousing. In addition, Renarldo collaborates transportation with operation planning to successfully meet logistics requirements in a changing environment.

Renarldo's responsibility as Safety Director is to implement, document, and develop safety standard operation procedures to reduce risk in the workplace. During his annual and quarterly safety inspections Renarldo is challenged with identifying and writing safety plans for work place safety hazards; e.g. lockout/tag out and confined spaces. Through presentations and campaigning Renarldo reinforces safety awareness for over 500 personnel.
