Thanks to being goal-oriented and determined, I do not give up when obstacles occur and continue pursuing what I set my mind to untill I get it.I am good at talking to people, explaining things and passing my own experience on to the others.Although lifeguarding is not my major and is a seasonal way of living, I achieved a supervisor position within 2 years from being a lifeguard at first, then a manager and then a supervisor. My communication skills, proficiency in the English language, and overall attitude to work and people were the main elements that ensured my promotion.
