Astromarítima is a company with solid experience in the oil and gas industry, operating support vessels and passenger transport in the offshore segment.I was invited to participate in the company's restructuring process, adapting the vessels that were inoperative, in order to reestablish the company's main assets.In 1 month leading the maintenance team, the 4 vessels that were in downtime returned to operation following safety criteria and meeting the minimum contract requirements of the customer. In 3 months, the downtime reduction compared to the previous year reached more than 37% of improvement.Responsibilities:-Responsible for fleet maintenance management;-Responsible for developing the fleet maintenance plan;-Responsible for managing the maintenance team;-Responsible for managing OPEX and CAPEX costs-Responsible for decision making with the operations and engineering team-Interaction with the director of operations and the CEO of the companyDuring this period, I also had the opportunity to participate in Petrobras' monthly meeting as a company invited to present good practices and solutions, after investigating an accident, which was an important milestone for the company.

Belonging to the Edison Chouest Offshore Group, Bram Offshore is a multinational, specialized in maritime transport to support the oil and gas industry in Brazil.I was invited to work directly in the maintenance and operations department, being responsible for managing the vessels' maintenance plan, developing projects for improvements and eliminating risks, as well as planning dry-docking and major maintenance technical stoppages.I had the opportunity to apply Gantter for managing and planning maintenance schedules, using MS Project. WSUT is a 50% joint venture between Wilson Sons and the Chilean group Ultramar, which has modern offshore support vessels and meets the demands of operations of various platforms and vessels.As a senior technician in electrical and automation, I was responsible for attending and following up service orders opened in the maintenance program. According to the planning, I was assigned to onboard service to identify and solve problems with electrical and electronic systems, as well as to carry out preventive and predictive maintenance, in order to identify and eliminate risks of potential or functional failures.In addition to onboard services, I performed remote troubleshooting along with the crew to identify and correct problems remotely, reducing or avoiding vessel’s downtime.Responsible for installing and commissioning new systems or upgrades, surveying materials, specifying equipment, reporting directly to the supervisor and coordinator in charge of the area.I followed-up external audits by the client, the maritime authority and the classification society, as well internal audits in order to eliminate risks and adapt the vessel within operational safety standards.I took part in important conversion works of vessels that had a class 1 dynamic positioning system, to class 2, adapting the vessels to meet new contracts with the client (Petrobrás - DP 1 / DP 2)Equipment: softstarters, frequency inverters, generators, switchboards, electric motors, electrical controls, pneumatic and electric actuators, praxy sounding systems, UMAS sounding system, ACON sounding system, DP kongsberg, DP Rolls Royce, DP MT, sensors pressure sensors, temperature sensors, motor pumps, anemometers, gyros, bow thrusters, main propulsion, diesel engines.Vessels:Platform Supply Vessel (PSV)Shallow Dive Support Vessel (SDSV)

Shipyard belonging to the CBO Group, located in the south of Brazil, with the main objective of building high quality and high technology offshore support vessels.As an electrical and electronics technician, I was responsible for the commissioning and testing of various systems in the vessels. Responsible for diagnosing and eliminating latent failures, suggesting improvements for engineering, changing and adapting the project, providing the as built for the project team, when necessary, with the objective of adapting the operation of the equipment, according to the safety standards, class and minimum contract requirements, always respecting the operating and maintenance manuals of the equipment.I started equipment such as main electrical switchboards (QEP), main combustion diesel engines (MCPs), auxiliary diesel engines (MCAs), small and large motor pumps, electric and electropneumatic actuators, class 2 dynamic positioning systems (DP 2) , side and main thrusters, air conditioning system (HVAC), electric and hydraulic winches, sounding systems, among others.Responsible for presenting the operating tests to the shipowner and classification society, having active participation in all sea trials, FMEA, and acceptance tests along with the client.I also embarked to deliver the vessel to the shipowner, as well as to monitor the first operations of the vessels together with the customer.Vessels:-Anchor Handling and Tug Supply 18.000 (AHTS)

A maritime support company, it stands out as a service platform for the naval, port, oil & gas, environmental protection, maritime support and subsea technology industries.I started my career as an assistant technician in the project engineering department, being promoted to electrical and engineering technician. I participated in important vessel's constructions and conversion of small and large vessels, providing technical, operational and maintenance information, as well as participating in decision-making during the construction phase and project completion.I worked in the development and detailing of electrical, electronics and automation projects, as well as in structural projects, interacting with adjacent engineering and production teams. I have extensive knowledge in software such as AutoCad, SolidsWorks, NavisWorks, MS Office tools and MS Project.I had an active participation in the commissioning department, where I was able to start up and carry out operational tests of the vessels' equipment.
