About Renata Drummond

When I was still a little girl, and all my friends wanted to play with toys, my favorite activity was interviewing people. This passion led me to pursue a career in journalism, where I found my motivation in giving voice to people's stories. I started working in the first days of my graduation, and my eagerness to learn and adaptability have allowed me to work in the most varied industries, such as telecommunications, retail, nonprofit, etc. In 2009, when Twitter became popular in Brazil, I saw an opportunity to dive into the digital marketing field and transform shared stories into conversations and relationships. Since then, I have monitored, classified, and analyzed hundreds of contents per minute.
