Leading all scale projects for key customers (Nokia, Ericson, Vodafon, Deutche Bahn etc.) Yearly managing up to 8 projects and leading project teams up to 25 people.- Managing projects through the gated New Product Development (NPD) process from the concept phase through the post-launch analysis phase- Driving deliverables, project budgets, gate reviews and overall project progress- Collaborating with all departments within the organization to develop committed and approved project plan and then execute the plan within the approved project schedule and budget- Managing the project schedule, tasks and resources through the use of Microsoft Project Server and Smartsheets (10.000ft)- Assuring bringing results from resources at all levels of the organization and mitigating issues and risks to prevent project delays- Developing and delivering project status reports to the organization, communicating with end customer on global level- Leading project teams (buyer, designers, prototype workshop, NPI coordinator, verification team) and project managers in Slovakia.

Lead and coordinate the New Product Introduction (NPI) from the first prototype until serial production start or industrialization of customer specific variances. Products are DC systems, Inverter or Network Power Enclosures- Coordination of NPI of newly developed product families- Industrialization of customer specific products based on established product families- Progress reporting
