Experienced knowledge/information/data manager in government and special libraries sector. Passionate about identifying and implementing the right technology to help end users discover and easily access the material they need for their research. Currently, working at the Australian Parliamentary Library in the role of Assistant Director, Systems, Projects & Innovation where she is responsible for the management of existing Symphony (SirsiDynix ILS), Enterprise, and Reftracker while she worked on the implementation of Ezproxy and recently Ebsco Discovery Service.Before that she worked at the ANU, Menzies Library where she designed automated acquisition workflow, Department of Industry in the role of Assistant Director, Library and Mail Services, and before that at the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency in the position of Information Manager managing the EDRMS Implementation Project. In her recent Electronic Resources Manager position at the High Court of Australia Library, she administered Millennium (Innovative library management system), Intranet/Internet Library pages in Joomla, ERM (Serials Solutions), RSS feeds, and has implemented dSpace (digital repository). In her previous position at Treasury Library, she managed Sirsi Symphony, Serials Solutions 360 suite of products, Reftracker, an online reference management system, and coordinated a range of web-based services.
