With over 12 years of experience in the hotel business, I worked as a bilingual receptionist, auditor, account executive, event coordinator, operational supervisor and commercial manager.I took part in the implementation of the Denali Hotel in Anápolis, contributing to the design and execution of the project, implementation of procedures in accordance with the new category and training the team aimed to quality service delivery and excellence in customer service with diverse profiles.Experience in commercial and operational management in the hotel segment.In 2018 a i took a break of the hotel businees and got into a very new chalange where i had an oportunity to work for Danw Group as a package supervior in the production plant of Granagh, in the Republic of Ireland.After that Great experience, i've retuned to the hotel business whre i still working.Through that background i developed skills in negotiation and propectation of new business, ability to lead and motivate people, solve problems, adapt to changes, overcome difficulties and deal with adverse situations.
