My career was dedicated, almost entirely, to the pharmaceutical industry, which, due to its characteristic of innovation, has always been stimulating and challenging, which allowed me to have a deep knowledge of the various Marketing and Commercial segments in reference medicines, brands, generics, medical devices, surgical equipment and medical nutrition, as well as the main topics related to the health segment and team management. I have worked at multinational companies such as Eli Lilly, Medtronic, Galderma, Olympus, Danone and Glenmark, in senior positions, working to deliver relevant solutions to patients, physicians, employees, business partners, shareholders, the community and the environment. Therefore, challenges are for me a source of inspiration and creativity to solve problems in an innovative way. I had the opportunity to introduce new technologies, such as the insulin pump for the treatment of diabetic patients and to launch drugs and medical devices. I have always worked very closely with the team and the target market, I am open to conversations, to the frank debate of new ideas and to the exchange of knowledge.
