T., Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Internal Audit and Investments)• Post-merger and acquisition experience, providing leadership to keep the team engaged and focused on results and on organization objectives, including change management experience• Command of processes execution (A2R & R2R), being able to have controls in place and avoid operational bottlenecks• Business partner: Financial tools creation & KPI´s, speeding up the decision process and improving cash flow cycle• Corporate governance model definition, pacifying shareholders conflicts• Strategic business vision, anticipating business requirements and mitigating risks • Leader of operational and finance restructuring; lowering costs, simplifying processes and optimizing resources • Preparation of strategic plans, reviewing marketing plans and product portfolio• Systems Implementation & improvement: ERP statutory & management (SAP, JD Edwards, BPCS and TOTVS/Datasul), BI (Hyperion, PowerBI, Tableau, TM1), Project (Asana, Basecamp, Teamwork) and CRM (SalesForce, Intelapp)• In-depth knowledge of taxes, with a track record of success in tax planning• Review of internal control procedures, internal and external audit reports, in conformity with IFRS, SPED requirements• Diversity experience in Latin America, United States, Europe, Turkey, Australia and New Zealand, acting as point of contact between the local, regional and global teams• Conduction of complex negotiations with all stakeholders, emphasis on customers, banks and partner relations• Board-appointed Director and Compliance Officer• Experience in Industrial, Infrastructure & Construction, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, Services, Technology and Agribusiness
