Conducted a study of the impact of applying R$0,90 on prices above R$100 and presented to the board of directors, which was approved and had a result of 15,6MM on gross revenue on the first year.

- Responsible for the company's full start-up, business model, Sales and Marketing;- Responsible for managing 9 Sales Representatives, leading to a brand presence in 35 multi-brand stores across the country (Brazil);- Conducted the negotiation with the footwear brand “Datelli”, making Lolli Queen its exclusive flip flop supplier, achieving 3500 pairs sold.
