Next Level exists to play in different Worldviews and accelerate organizations' necessary transformation.Playing the game helped me put words (and colours!) on themes that are so important in my consultancy work, and especially the organization's cultures : they have so much impacts on people's and teams' behaviours.So as soon as I had a bit of time I decided to join Mathieu and help develop this fantastic tool.
