Led requirements branch for offensive cyberspace operations (OCO); ensured fielded system capabilities met or exceeded operational needs. Briefed and coordinated with HQ AFSPC and senior leadership to develop and refine cyberspace program strategies (CFMP, POM). Facilitated operations integration with Intelligence Community, Joint Community, national partners and non-DoD stakeholders.

Branch lead overseeing requirements process for $1.6B DoD Global Positioning System (GPS) program, GPS III and Next Generation Control Segment (OCX). HQ AFSPC A5 designated lead for GPS TPT responsible for GPS training systems requirements analysis (TSRA), to include GPS emulator. Established GPS requirements for future training system (Standardized Space Trainer). Authored key documents (concepts, ICD, IOC/FOC Plans, etc.) and advocated for system requirements through the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC).

Director of 24x7 GPS Operations Center, supporting GPS users across the globe. Certified GPS crew commander and instructor. Led successful efforts to develop, build and SIMCERT (simulator certification from HQ AFSPC) GPS training suite. Developed tailored PNT techniques, tactics and procedures (TTPs) in support of combatant commander requirements. Managed 16 contractors and 8 military members. Responsible for tactics training for 100+ member squadron. Coordinated with global operation centers, JFCC Space, COD Space and DS4 in support of air operations, troops in contact (TIC) and combat operations in worldwide areas of responsibility.

Led 100+ member flight. Managed Air Force foundational training for space and missile career fields. Air Force training production tool expert; efficiently managed 300+ student course flow via Technical Training Management System (TTMS). Earned Master Instructor, accomplishment reserved for top 10% of AETC instructors. Developed 500 hours of multi-media classroom and training simulator lesson plans. Provided 1000+ hours of expert instruction/evaluation in ICBM Missile Procedures Trainer (MPT), training simulator for combat missile crew training.
