Besides setting up and managing innovative research and product development projects, I am also specialized in electronics and related technical and environmental regulations. In my current job I manage complex projects involving multi-cultural and multi-competence teams in the areas of research, development, process development, industrialisation and production.My background as both a hardware and software engineer makes my management style open and accessible for a multidisciplinary project team. As a result of this I can work and achieve results with various departments in an organization, ranging from product management to production, introduction and support.Throughout the years I learned that building and working in a close operating team is key to the results and efficiency of an organization.
